Chaostherapy for Mental Nomads

Here, I travel through different worlds – inner and outer – sharing what moves me: personal tales, joyful moments, curious finds, and whatever's on my mind. That might include justice, money, mental health, politics, single motherhood, homeschooling, music… and beyond.

Because: I’m one of those scanner personalities. And no, I don’t have ADHD (I believe ;-)

If I could go back 13 years, I’d tell my than 30-year-old self this:

You don’t need to focus on just one topic in life and become insanely good at it (unless you want to, of course!). You are allowed to have four books on your nightstand and still scroll through your phone (and yes, feeling guilty about it after four hours is also totally okay). If your partner gets passive-aggressive about it (been there!), tell him it’s not his problem.
Or break up.
Your call.

Have a different opinion? Let’s talk! I’m always open to questioning myself. I’m here to explore new perspectives, discover different angles, and challenge my own thinking over and over again.

Yes, there is a lot going on in my head (including loads of seemingly unnecessary thoughts). Hypnosis and radical acceptance help me to show up in my structured, deadline-driven work life. But for the creative part, I need the mess the way it is: Loud, wild, unpredictable.

Mental Nomad is the space where my thoughts get to roam freely. A place with enough room to hold what I experience in my everyday life – whether as a single mom, reluctant romantic, blended-family-skeptic, or simply someone who enjoys solitude and reading random things online.

Here’s where you will find the rabbit holes I’ve fallen into, why Detroit has somehow become my favorite vacation spot, which Start-ups might just change the world or which companies got caught doing shady things or what strange and beautiful transformation my daughter has gone through since switching to homeschooling. Puberty? My theory: it’s mostly a school thing.

So get comfy and follow my thought trails and AI-fueled conversations.
